For users, makes saving views easy by limiting options.
For database managers, gives a little more control, but options are still limited.
For admins, this means less time managing views, as option set is limited and access
rights don't have to be thought about too much.
Also, a standard prefix is set, so users who don't follow the standard don't have to worry about it.

For everyone, this makes life easier.
This has been tested on DOORS 8.2, but should work with DOORS 7 and up.
